Olive is also a much respected and sought after international motivational speaker on communication, negotiation and emotional Intelligence. She has recently delivered customer service training (tyco wormald), Sales training (Money supermarket.com, Foundation and Senior Management training (The British Council Dubai), Presentation training (Aimia Foods), Teambuilding Facilitation (Meridian Healthcare)

Olive and her team won the contract for Team Building/ Customer Services training for the Commonwealth Games and continues to provide the English Institute of Sport with training services.

She is an acknowledged expert on leadership and has worked with a vast variety of successful individuals and teams, having delivered "Liberating Leadership" and "Motivational Leadership" workshops both as open house courses and as bespoke courses for organisations like NCC, Amaze, Arawak Walton Housing Association, John Lewis, Astra Zeneca and The British Council
