NatashaCertified Practitioner of NLPNatasha is a creative and energetic training professional with more than ten years’ experience of designing and delivering performance-improving training solutions. Natasha’s training experience encompasses personal effectiveness and management development in a wide range of organisational environments, from blue chip manufacturing and retail/distribution to local authority and the voluntary sector.
Natasha is a Certified Practitioner of NLP, Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and Associate Member of the Institute of Developmental Transactional Analysis. She is also an active member of Toastmasters International, the public speaking organisation. She combines her knowledge of communication gained from these qualifications and her experience of different organisational and technical environments, with an accelerated learning approach, to create and deliver impact-full and memorable training.
Her engaging style ensures the participation and interest of all course delegates, whatever the subject. She always strives to ensure that organisations achieve their performance goals and that participants connect with the subject in hand.
Natasha also has significant experience of designing blended learning solutions. She has designed e-learning materials for the market-leading SkillSoft Corporation and has developed and run blended learning programmes using a “virtual” online classroom, increasing performance improvements and negating the need for travel
