Jeanette worked for many years as a Trainer in the retail business where she designed, developed and implemented a range of training programmes and interventions in line with business requirements for a major retail company.
She has extensive experience of diversity and multi-disciplinary working.
Jeanette has the ability to build strong relationships with managements and team members at all levels and is an expert at conducting TNA and identifying solutions to enhance individual and business performance and evaluating training programmes delivered.
Jeanette currently works as an OSR Freelance Consultant/Trainer and has just completed a training programme on Train the Trainer (training techniques) and has now been commissioned to carry out TNA’s and training development for Matalan.
Her training approach is interactive and participative, ensuring the delegates play a full part in the learning process thus making the training experience both stimulating and effective.
