Question-Will a Training Consultant come out to discuss our training needs? Answer-Yes, pre training consultation is free of charge as part of the package – please complete an enquiry form
Question-Can OSR organise a venue for our bespoke training session? Answer-Yes, we have our own training suites in the Triangle for hire and can arrange venues throughout the UK

Question-Can we view training resources before we purchase? Answer-Yes, our training products can be sent to yourselves for previewing or you can visit our resource centre in the city centre of Manchester.
Question-Is there a place where we can see these training resources? Answer-Yes you can visit our resource centre in the city centre of Manchester where you will have unlimited access to our resource centre library.
Question-Can we buy online? Answer-Yes we accept all major credit and debit cards online. Or alternatively you can be invoiced for the product/s.
Question-Is the price any different from the suppliers? Answer-No, any price reductions or special offers from our suppliers are granted by ourselves.
Question-When will the resource be delivered? Answer-Most products can be delivered in 2 working days, but we can arrange next day delivery if requested.
Question-What training resources do you supply? Answer-Everything from DVD’s, VHS, CD-ROM’s, e-learning, manuals, books, games and much more.

Question-Do you provide e-learning? Answer-Yes, we stock a variety of e-learning packages from a number of suppliers.
Question-Do you provide customised training resources? Answer-Yes, we can provide training material specifically designed to meet your training requirements and be bespoke to you organisation.
Question-I don’t really know what I’m looking for, can anyone advise me? Answer-Yes, we have over 20 years of training knowledge and have staff waiting to help.
