We have a vast amount of experience within the team at O.S.R. Olive Strachan herself has a background of working within the recruitment industry for Reed, Blue Arrow and Adecco. This has enabled us to build strong relationships with many Blue chip organisations within the northwest and internationally. We are members of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and development and Olive is a fellow of the institute. Olive is also a Fellow of the institute of Sales and Marketing Management.
The company offers one of the north’s largest networks of CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel Development) qualified training consultants, with over 50 years combined experience across a variety of training consultancy projects, providing all manner of training courses for all types of businesses.
Our trained consultants can also provide Training needs analysis helping you to identify your staffs development needs and will work closely with you to help you determine your exact needs and to provide a solution which works.
